Hi I’m looking for a bit of advice! I was diagnosed with PCOS nearly a year ago. I started my period yesterday however I’m experiencing them severely heavy. I have been bleeding though a super plus tampon, thick pads and clothes within an hour. I wanted to know if anyone has experience this and if they had any advice to deal will cramp pain. Thanks.
