Hello

Ive been diagnosed with PCOS for nearly 5 years, the only form of "treatment" given to me was the contraceptive pill. Ive now been off the pill for over a year now, and Ive not had a period for 10 months now ( deffo not pregnant), I vagely remember being told by the doctor it wasn't health for my womb to not be "cleared" every so often. I don't want to back on the pill due to the weight and mental health issues I had but I would also like to know that my womb is healthy/ normal. Just wondering if anyone else has any incite or been in a similair position into this?

Also ive been vegan for over a year now and thats really help with some of the symptoms of bloating and weightgain.
