Just diagnosed with pcos today

hi I'm 17 years old female with autism and i have been diagnosed with Pcos since i have no periods, excessive hair growth on my face face, weight gain

and i also have acne

i just find out that i have pcos when i have done my ultrasound to see why my periods have not come though and it's turned out i have pcos.
