Any advice?

Hello, I'm 18 years old and i think i have PCOS. I get exceptionally dark facial hair that grows back very quickly. I get very irregular and painful heavy periods and inbetween menstration i get painful ovaries or similar pains to period pains.

I have combination skin, i am getting increased amounts of acne as well. I have always been overweight, i find it extremely hard to lose weight after trying a multitude of diets and im not a big eater. I typically only have one meal a day which is usually healthy. I workout but my weight isnt budging at all. Can anyone recommend something that has helped them with any of the above issues.

Many thanks xox
