Hiya,
First up you are not alone, not at all. I know it feels like that with this condition but there's an army of others out there who know how you feel. It can feel really overwhelming to manage but focus on what your most important symptom is to manage right now and deal with that one first then work through the others.
Second, from my personal experience it really helped to have some talking therapy to deal with my own anxiety and depression in relation to PCOS. Most areas have a self referral system so it might be worth looking that up if you're open to it.
Third, we have a network of local groups run via closed Facebook groups. That might be useful in finding others locally to you. All the links are on here: verity-pcos.org.uk/local-gr...
I hope this helps.

Hello,
Thank for this this reply, yeah I shall try dealing with one thing at a time, also you talk about referring myself to a talking therapy could you advise more as not quite sure how I’d go about this?
Also I’m based in Cumbria so not quite sure which network would best apply to me?
Thanks ☺️☺️
Hiya, i completely know how you feel im 32 and also suffer with pcos i have all the awful symptoms too the excess hair, weight, infertillity, hair loss and i have really irregular cycles like i have sometimes 2 or periods a month, it led to me being diagnosed with depression and anxiety i feel like its taking over my life and really gets me down, i have been trying to come to terms with failed fertillty treatment for the last approx 2years and the hair mainly on my face, arms chest etc just really gets me down it makes me feel like a freak, its good to know we are not alone in this, i find that my GP just doesnt know anything about this condition so i end up with a printout and sent on my way xxx
