I got pcos and me and hubby ttc and I was told metformin as it's meant to help you ovulate when your meant to.... I've been taking it 2 months now just going into my 3rd month.... I have read on here as well colmid is another one though not all gps prescrib them as mine dont so it's worth asking about them. Hope this helps x

Sorry to jump on your reply, docs can't prescribe clomid only the hospital can when you get referred there for fertility treatment

I am doing ok now with it. I started of with 1 a day for a week then 2 a day for a week now I'm on 3 a day, some days I might feel sick or be sick and have upset stomach but that's all normal. I hope you get on ok with it x
