Period help ??

Hi I'm scared because my period is usually normally but since August last year my periods have been taking 4 months of the leaving a month or 2 were my cycle then starts again for about 4-5 days . I went to my doctor who I talked to about it and they believe I have polycystic ovarian syndrome any advice?

This is common with pcos that periods are all over the place. Have you put on weight at all or has have become more stressful in the last 6 months?

I've put weight on and I'm stressed due to exams it's my GCSE year 🥺
