Feel like my life is spiralling out of control with the Pcos. My weight gain is rapidly increasing by the day despite cutting down to just having one meal a day nevertheless I am here now. I've never been pregnant before but pretty hopeful there's is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm turning 35yrs soon getting worried......Going to see my GP tomorrow.

Wish me luck!!! 🧚🏼‍♀️

Hi, I’ve got PCOS. Following the WW plan has worked for me over the past 14 months I’ve lost 3 stone. I’ve always found losing weight difficult. Might be worth asking your GP tomorrow you might be eligible to get a 12 week free membership then at least you can see if it would work with your lifestyle before signing up and having to pay. I couldn’t recommend WW enough. It’s been brilliant for me. GPs are able to give you this free membership if you have a health concern. 😊

Hi Ladies Just a quick update I've been to my Gp and she's put me on a one month beacita capsules hard orlistat. She's referred me to have blood tests and then come back after a month to determine the way forward otherwise I'm being hopeful and positive.

Hi Chisale,

I know how hard it is as I have PCOS too and had three miscarriages as a result.. But! I switched to a low carb diet Keto, lost 3 stone and now have 2 healthy children. My symptoms have eased too and periods are now regular, which have never been in 15 years! So I do suggest trying different diets to see what works for you but eliminating sugars and carbs has definitely worked for me. I hope you feel better soon xx
