Hey everyone. Thought I would try something new...
I’ve had quite a bad week of feeling pretty low and I can’t seem to shake it, despite doing all the things I know that are good for PCOS, exercise, eating well, etc. I hate taking it out on the people I love the most, but it feels like that’s all I’ve been doing recently. Anyone else get like this? I’m guessing I’m not the only one!
My husband I will also be starting IVF soon... totally stressed by the thought of that! It sounds so horrible, totally worth it though if it all does work out!
Look forward to hearing back from you guys!

I have to say I found TTC the most depressing time in my life - it took me 3 years to conceive Noah who is now almost 14. I was diagnosed with PND when he was 10 months but actually think I was depressed prior to getting pregnant.
I did briefly but wasnt to be and I couldnt face doing the fertility route again. I went on anti depressants when Noah was 10 months and was on them for a couple of years.
I have Pcos, I managed to get pregnant naturally pretty quickly but I miscarried at 11 weeks. We are trying to conceive our rainbow baby since November, it’s so hard! It’s so difficult to feel mentally positive when there are so many pregnant friends and family members around, I feel so much pressure! I don’t always show it but deep inside I feel so angry, it’s just so unfair! It has such a negative impact on everything when you don’t feel positive and believe in yourself, sometimes I really struggle.
I think it's a strange time for all at the moment.. Add thinking about the IVF process and its probably very overwhelming for you. Like you say, there is positive on the horizon
We went in for our embryo transfer in lockdown and it was successful. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant! Still can’t quite believe it. But yes positive thinking did get me through despite all the down days!
