Metformin would be the best. They do make you feel sick though.

Hey. I am currently on Metformin and taking it for over 2 months. This is to improve egg quality due to pcos. We will start our second ICSI this week and fingers crossed the tablets will do its magic that many ladies talk about. Best of luck with your journey!

How long have you been trying to conceive? How severe is your Pcos? I was diagnosed in February 2019 and in the cycle in June 2019 I got pregnant.

My cycles were regular but I wasn’t ovulating. I had acupuncture with one of the best practitioners in Europe, who has a clinic in London, which I suggest to anyone with Pcos. I also took Chinese herbs and My Ova supplements (a blend of Inositol, Folate and Chromium)
