Diagnosed with PCO at the age of 16

I’m 16 years old and last month I was told I had cysts on my ovaries and has polycystic ovaries (but not the syndrome because my body is producing the right amount of hormones). For my age I am probably overweight but I don’t eat badly at all and I’m worried about this.

I’m really nervous because I started my GCSEs last week and I’m nearly halfway! So far, so good.

Any advice? I’d also like to hear other people’s stories of my own age if possible but feel free to share and ask me questions!

Hi Amy, my daughter is 13, I'll ask her if she'd like to message you.
