I'm taking B6 (myo-inositol powder) this is recommended on many pcos blogs. I also drink spearmint tea....proven to help with pcos symptoms everyday. Steep tea for 10 minutes at least. I take a good dose of vitamin D (3000IU)....magnesium is super important too. I take magnesium with zinc and use a magnesium spray at night. Honestly not sure what's helped the most. Eating healthy and getting lots of Omega 3....cutting back on processed food and sugar. It ALL helps and makes a difference! Take a B complex vitamin. Folate....is better than folic acid. Anyways check out what I've posted and hope it works for you too!
