PCOS diet/nutrition

Hi all, I have PCOS and I am wondering if anyone has any links or books to good info on diet/nutrition specifically related to the condition. I am not overweight and have healthy BMI, I am looking more to try and help the condition. I am not TTC just trying to reduce the affect this has on my life and I have heard a change in diet may help. Thanks

Hi I would suggest to read woman code.

It's got intensive info on lifestyle changes and nutrition which help to manage and eliminate the symptoms of PCOS. The writer herself had pcos.

Hope this helps.

Highly recommend beat your bloat by Maeve Madden - she has PCOS and is such a good role model for it!
