I’m suffering really bad at the moment with fatigue that seems to come with PCOS and I was wondering if anyone has any tips to help combat it? I normally go through having a “good spell” where I don’t feel as tired however going through a particularly bad patch at the moment where I’m struggling to have the energy to do anything 😩😩 I’m trying to and supposed to do HIIT 4-5 times a week and I’d be lucky if I’m making twice a week at the moment. Trying not to beat myself up about it as I know I should listen to my body but then I know it’s also a vicious circle as it would probably help me to some degree.
So any advice greatly appreciated!
Thank you 🙂

hey there. quite a late reply to your post but I hope it still helps.
As a fitness professional, I would first like to speak of the HIIT workouts you are into. You know these are quite stressful for your body right? Though popular and highly recommended, you need to know, it is not everyone that can cope with the pressure of HIIT. These symptoms of fatigue, you've been having, when did they start in relation to HIIT?
Also I would provide some tips that hopefully will help. Try to get a banana like 30 minutes before your workout. Believe or not this is one hell of an energy source. In general pay attention to your diet. Eat lots of fruits and make sure to drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day. Chocolates are good for energy too!
And finally, supplements. By this I mean natural vitamin supplements which will help to balance your hormones and boost your energy levels. Let me know if you need recommendations
