Hey, I have PCO. I had a HSG and it was so uncomfortable it made me vomit! Had some cramping for about an hour, then nothing then awful like trapped wind pain extending to my ribs for about a day. I bled lightly on and off for 3 days but after than went back to normal.

Unless you’re having bad bleeding, high temp or smelly discharge i think this is normal xx

Hi I have PCOS and had the HSG procedure at the start of October, I found it excruciating (I have quite a high pain threshold). I was sore for the rest of the day, but more like bad period cramps and fine the day after. I took some ibuprofen and stayed in bed with a hot water bottle until they passed. Hope you feel better and had positive results.
