Hi I've just found out that I've got endometriosis also got polycystic ovaries but I don't really understand it and I'm scared what it is does anybody exactly know what it is about

There is an endo forum on here so chat with the ladies on there. It is not uncommon to have both conditions, endo can cause pain whereas pcos does not. PCOS can be managed by a low GI diet or the combined contraceptive. Look at the Verity website - verity-pcos.org.uk/ - the also have videos on Youtube too so search for Verity PCOS.
