Yes, our issue is we tend to be a bit erratic with ovulation. It is extremely rare not to conceive just due to pcos.

Chart your temperature (look at fertilityfriends website) as it is the only accurate way with pcos to see if you are ovulating as kits can be hit and miss so you need to look for body signs)
