i have found out that i have had pcos for 4 years now been on metformin nothing has worked, changed diet , regular exercise and weight loss and cut out all sugar and still have irregular periods and taking vitamin supplements and gynaecologists and doctors dont really care, any advice on what to do next?

As long as you have 4 periods a year it is fine from a uterus point of view.

If you are trying to conceive then remember that you can ovulate without a period and it doesn't mean you are ovulating with a period (which was me).

Weight loss doesn't always help even though it is pushed on you that lose weight and things will improve... We have slender pcos ladies too.

I'm sorry i hope things get better for you. I don't even do all those things that you do. At least your taking good care of yourself the best you can.
