Is there anyone who help me to get rid of from PCOS. I am literally tired from PCOS. I don't have an ability to tolerate it anymore as it disturbs my personal life and make it hell. I am unable to conceive for a long time just because of this very PCOS.

All you can do is control it, it is a hereditary condition with no cure. Low GI type diets can help some ladies control the symptoms, normal BMI will help, and the combined contraceptive can help mask the symptoms but if you are trying to conceive that is not an option. Have you been referred to an endocrinologist?

It is very rare not to conceive just due to pcos, I presume your partner has been tested as well ?

Low GI type diets ??? Can you please tell me the exact eatables which I have to ignore to prevent pcos. I concern the specialist and she told me that there is a large amount of oil in my glands which act as an obstacle in my conceiving.

There is nothing you can do to prevent pcos, but the condition can improve. Lots of info on the internet regarding low GI diets.

Oil in glands is not a pcos thing as far as I am aware.
