Mini does nothing from a pcos point of view. I'm 48 and still on the combined pill.

I take the combined pill - Yasmin. It's good for helping to keep weight off and clear skin. I had the implant for 3.5 years and I gained a lot of weight and my PCOS symptoms worsened, although I hadn't been diagnosed at that point, so I didn't realise. I think the implant contains the same hormones as the mini pill.
