Going Natural

Hi ladies,

New joiner to the group but was diagnosed around 10 years ago. I've spent years on and off different pills and metformin, but recently started reading Marilyn Glenville's 'Natural Solutions to PCOS'. Marilyn's words seem to really make a lot of sense, and I'm keen now to begin changing my lifestyle to naturally improve my symptoms.

I just wondered if there were any ladies on here who are using the natural approach? How are you getting on?

And has anyone been to Marilyn's clinics or events?

Thanks

Natalie x

They did a talk at a Verity conference once and it did seem all good, but did look to be quite expensive in the end with buying all the supplements so I didn't try it in the end. I am on the combined pill and generally it keeps my symptoms at bay.
