Hi,

Since being diagnosed with PCOS I have taken co-ciprodynol (diannet) which has controlled my acne amazingly. I have now stopped taking the pill as I am trying to concive. However my acne is now returning. I'm just wondering if anyone has found any treatment to which works for acne whilst trying to concive ?

Nope afraid not, there is so little research done for if you do get pregnant and taking acne medication sadly so there is not many options.

Hi, I've been using the dermalogica skin care range since coming off the pill. Still have some acne but it has cleared up a lot. Last time I came off the pill the acne was so bad I ended up going back on it but this time I think it's improved enough that I can stay off the pill - also seems to be working more as the months go by. It cleared up quite a lot after just 3 weeks though. Hope you find something that works for you soon x
