Hi, Recently diagnosed with PCOS, and am suffering terrible night sweats, which are waking me up at night...Does anyone else suffer from this, and if so is this normal? Slightly concerned its something more sinister, i have an appointment with my GP tomorrow...Thanks!

Hey, I've had this for a couple years now, also have PCOS and wake up literally drenched 😩 I haven't asked my gp about it though. I feel like I go to him with so many problems each time lol. Hope it goes well, let me know what they say x

Oh yes.... hot flushes always throughout my life - I sort of think pcos is possibly like the menopause to some degree. I am on the combined contraceptive which keeps them generally at bay!

Hi, as others have said I too get this. The combined pill has also helped me with symptoms. I regularly think I am going through the early menopause even though I have had these symptoms for a few years lol. I find having layers on the bed helps rather than a large duvet, having my bedroom window slightly open even in winter also helps me personally. I hope you have luck at your gp and are able to manage it as much as possible x
