How similar are Endometriosis and PCOS?

I have a diagnosis of severe stage 4 Endometriosis rectrovaginal DIE.

We have both conditions in the family, on my mums side, my female cousins (1st) we're the only generation to have developed them, cancer is previlant, o ovarian, breast, liver, throat.

Is it possible I've been misdiagnosed? I have more body hair than Chewbacca, seriously, its just been kind of ignored by everybody who's seen me but its a problem  

I suppose what I'm asking is chocolate cysts, no endo in the uterus, sub/infertility, miscarriages, nerve pain, stiffness, do these fit the pattern? I'm confused, I also get massive bloating I'll attach a pic xx
