I suffer with bloating, due to IBS. Does anyone else find it difficult to buy or find in a restaurant Glutenfree and dairy free at the same time?

Gluten and Dairy Free
Hi Superfluffies I’d google your area and think that you may well be surprised at the demand for this option now, I’d probably stick to salad foods to keep safe but that’s me. And the same with something to eat now from a supermarket.
So good luck I hope that you find somewhere near by. 😊
Hello Superfluffies, I also have IBS and that is much harder to find food for then it is to find GF and Vegan. I would say these days I find it much easier but of course the IBS is much harder to cater for.
When out I always stay away from things that have garlic and onion in it as they are what cause me the most pain, I also always take Mebeverine with me and before going out I have a tablespoon of Floradix Intestcare
Best wishes

Hi There,
I am not expert but wheat makes me bloat and this affects my bloods. I have recently found Buckwheat, although it has wheat in its name it is not wheat and is gluten-free. See Delicious Ella (web site) has a recipe for Buckwheat Focaccia bread. Today I found Buckwheat flour on the shelves for 'gluten-free flour' in Tesco. I have not made the bread yet but have been told it's delicious, good to add to salads to make a meal more filling and easy to chop up and freeze. I keep looking for things to fill me up and keep me healthy. Many people share tips on here that are useful. Good luck. PS Buckwheat is an excellent source of minerals, antioxidants etc
