Gluten free muffins.

Hi everyone,

My neighbours are vegan and gluten free and they gave me these 4 muffins today, which was very nice I had a dilemma which one to have first as 2 are spicy and 2 have lemon as well. We use the same flour so I feel very safe eating her lovely cakes and think it is very kind of her giving them to me.

My dilemma was quickly solved...I had the biggest. 😁
