not much to say other than experimental veg to cook and eat.

done properly its a very good diet and lifelong.

i'm happy with the options now and feel more open to what i can eat not just buy.

i have linda mcathrty sausages to eat tonight.

and burger in the freezer, i like trying vegan food to buy because at least i'm fed

and not refusing to eat or paranoid of my reasons.

for me this is my second attempt at not eating meat. the first time i was under 18 and offered money this time i'm over 18 and got my own money. chips, anyone?

vinegar before salt!!!

Hi melissamstanford42 you’re in great company for everything meat free on here so maybe you should define why you want to be a vegan and think about the welfare of animals as this is what makes most people turn their backs on meat.

There are lots of alternatives now so you can indeed have your chips with many plant based alternatives.

So good luck and I’d look at some vegan alternatives of your favourite choices and try those. 😊
