I’m very good at buying fruit but not so good at actually eating it. I usually grab bananas and apples and often they start to get past their best so I decided to buy fruit that I would actually eat. So I have this tiny fruit bowl which is actually a rose bowl. I bought a small bunch of grapes, small figs and lychees and I can see me enjoying those as they are a little bit different so won’t be wasted.
Lychees are very rich in Vitamin C, and contains about 72 mg of Vitamin C per 100 grams. It is also rich in copper, phosphorus, and is low in sodium. It provides many B complex Vitamins and is a good source of Fiber too 👍🙂
