Looks gorgeous. Do you know when you can get dairy free double cream. I suppose you can always make your own?

They do look good don't they. I've made the lemon one and put the mixture into individual little pots in the freezer. I'll let you know what they're like. I've got Elmlea Plant based cream I got from Tesco. 😊👍 xx
