As the only vegan in a family household and still relatively new at adding new food to my diet, I sometimes come up with something that prompts my daughter to call me a “wrong’un”. I had one such meal today, what do you think? Roast veg on a bed of red pepper humous on toast, with mustard mixed in the veg. My lack of cooking touch meant the broccoli and cauliflower were a little charred 😉

I think that looks delicious. I could eat that right now. So if you're a wrong un, your my kinda wrong un! 😂🌱

Take out the mustard for me as I don't like it but I have to say what you have used is brilliant and I love the look of it. I would have never thought of that. I am also the only Vegan in the household.

I agree with Agoodenough your my kind of wrong un;)

You will. The best way to learn is to start experimenting. It's so much easier if it comes from within you so cook what feels right 🙂
