Peach cake

Hi, I made this peach cake today. It’s a basic vanilla sponge (no sugar) with some of the juice from the peaches added and then topped with the sliced peaches. About 10 mins before it was cooked I sprinkled on some almonds 😋 when it was cool I dusted it with icing sugar.

Wow Ali, I love the look of this great Peach cake - it looks amazing. Do you mind telling me the recipe - I am not sure how to make 'basic vanilla sponge' - it looks perfect for a dessert, and I'd very much like to try it.
