I made this bake on the link tonight as I had two celeriac's which came in our veg box I prepared it in advance and left it in the oven until I was ready. I didn’t have high hopes for it but we loved it. Phil was so eager to dish it up, it was dished up and we were eating it when I realised I’d forgotten to take a photo. I used the Panco breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture but homemade breadcrumbs would be fine too.
