An afternoon of baking

Hi all

I went on a long powerwalk this morning which left this afternoon free for baking.

I made low fodmap peanut, banana and oat bars, sweet potato brownies and GF oat bread. Tomorrow and Monday I'll be making up some low fodmap meals as I've nearly run out.

Ooh Alicia this looks fab. So did you mix oats banana and peanut butter together and then bake it? Or are they raw? 😋
