I had this today it was so cheesy and delicious.
The topping was lovely and on doing a bit of research I would say it had Panco breadcrumbs on top. I’ve never bothered with them, I thought who buys breadcrumbs and when a recipe has called for them in the past I’ve always used my regular homemade breadcrumbs but I think I’ve been missing a trick as these have a great crispy crumb texture so I have added some to my shopping list.
Have you ever used panco crumbs and if so what for.

Oh my word, that sounds delicious - what a fantastic winter meal, I had never heard of panco crumbs to be honest, I use Waitrose GF breadcrumbs 😀

I've seen quite a few recipes using panic breadcrumbs, I might have to see if you can get gluten free ones.
