Cru8 Vegan Keto grain free bread launched. 🥖

Hi everyone,

This is in the news today as Cru8 have launched a new Keto plant based low carb grain free bread, so it looks interesting the ingredients listed are gluten free but I'd want to all of them.

I think that there is a market for bread like this so here's a link:

Hey thanks for this recipe Lynn, it's the psyllium husk that is the binder as its very hygroscopic and an emulsifier.

Psyllium husk is used extensively in Pakistani cooking as a thickener it is also used for colonic irrigation because of its very hydroscopic nature it acts like super roughage and a laxative so you don't want to use too much.

I buy food grade psyllium husk on eBay and good luck if you do make some. 😊
