For Breakfast today, I baked purple potatoes bread with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds. I used 1 cup of grain-free bread+muffin mix (made with chia, almond flour, coconut flour) and 1/2 cup of potato starch mixed with purple potatoes purΓ©e (200g π ). Mixture included: baking powder, xathan gum, and one tbsp of olive oil. Added dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds as the last step. Baked at 375F for 30 mins.
I enjoyed this with a cup of chilled Ajwain seeds and Goji berries π΅
