Bangers and mash

Hi everyone,

Just me for dinner in our house tonight. Really fancied this. Not sure I’ve had it since I’ve become vegan but it was delicious and hit the spot. Great comfort food.

Linda McCartney Sausages and a red wine and onion gravy, it was very filling but not being a quitter I managed to eat it all 🤣😋

Your meal looks scrumptious, and I really enjoy Linda McCartney sausages - they are great. Such a nice flavour. I love all those peas on your meal, and I bet the red wine and onion gravy was really good. Lovely mash too - I would definitely enjoy that meal. Thank you. It was all delicious. Yes I agree and I think Linda McCartney sausages are the nicest. You can make them into great sausage rolls too 😁🌱

Looks delish to me Ali and love the sound of the flavours. I'm going away soon so I'll look for Lynda McCartney sausages, like Debs they will have to be the wheat free ones.

By the way, I could easily have eaten all that on the plate with extra veg 😉

Haha that’s good I don’t feel like such a greedy goblin now. (That said I haven’t been hiking and cycling around half of England like you have). 😁

Hardly a greedy goblin, can never have too much veg, especially beetroot, love the stuff.

Another cycle tomorrow but that'll only be about 14 miles, meeting friends in our city centre. I love my bike😊. And on saying that I'm not out walking dogs regularly 😁
