I really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. I boiled some quinoa and chia seeds yesterday and today I heated up a pear with maple syrup and caramelised it a little and had it on top of the quinoa. I got the idea from one of the links from Jerry’s post yesterday regarding proteins. 😁 🥣 so thank you Jerry!
