I made korma tonight and it was delicious. I love curry and normally the hotter the better but this was very tasty for a change and real comfort food. I followed this recipe exactly and I would recommend it.

Hi Debs, I buy a butternut squash and roast it myself. I just used part of one yesterday but it would make sense to cube all of it and freeze what you donβt use, ready for another time. π it was quick to roast as I cut it into small pieces.
Sounds like a great Idea π its one of those that I do not buy often, due to the size and trying to cut it up and peel it, thats when I brought the frozen one but I am sure it doesn't taste as good as the fresh
Hi Debs. I try and buy a straight one so itβs not too round at one end (if it is I just cut that bit off)π then I cut the ends off and peel it with a knife. Straight down from the top to the bottom. I used to think it was a faff but if you do it like that itβs fine.
Hi Ali, just read your curry and fritters recipes and they are going to be the next two meals i make when I'm taken shopping on friday. Oh yummy. π½π
