As Kimm16 has asked about cheese I am posting a recipe of some cheese I made yesterday. The consistency is more like a mousse so I am going to definately make it again soon and add more agar agar because to be honest apart from the consistency it’s absolutely delicious.
Sorry about the picture but it’s just to give an idea. I did have some seeded crackers to have it with but as I said I made the cheese yesterday and we ate all the crackers! 😀
The only change I made was to add chilli to make it spicy. I would do this again and also do a herb one and garlic and chive as they would be really tasty and also work well.

Sounds delicious Ali and well done. Unfortunately I have recently found out that too many cashews do not like me. I'm okay if I eat a few raw but if I have cashew vegan cheese or cashew nut milk then it upsets my tummy. I made cashew cheese when I first became a Vegan and loved it but unfortunately it didn't like me. Back to the drawing board for me where cheese is concerned but I will find one that I'm successful with.
Thank you Ali, I really appreciate that and definitely will experiment. Now I knew there was a reason that I work 3 days a week and not 5, so I can experiment in the kitchen - yum
