I have a friend who was diagnosed with MS years ago. She has recently turned vegan, presumably on advice from somewhere (me?). Are there any other MS sufferers on here who could help her if I send her a link to this website?

I wish your friend well and it would be great if she joined VFL as we are all friendly and get inspiration from each other and I think with her experience she would have some valuable input as we are all on a journey of learning and discovery.
