I thought I'd have a bash at making some more cashew cream and I made this this morning by soaking unsalted cashew nuts in boiling water for half an hour then blending with some water, I tried some in a coffee and it was nice but slightly bitter so I added some maple syrup and vanilla bean extract, it tastes good to me and its got a nice thick texture is packed with goodness so here's how it looks.

Ooh Jerry, that look yummy. Cashew Cream is the next thing I'm going to make. I made Cashew Milk and I added some vanilla extract and maple syrup and it was just right.

Wow, that dessert looks FANTASTIC! I love those raspberries - I've not tried to make Cashew Nut Cream before, but it looks very easy to do - and also very yummy! I'll have to do some experimenting. Lovely dessert.
