Tonight I made mushroom and beetroot burgers with onion, garlic and hemp seeds. I added some xantham gum to bind it.
We also had jacket potatoes and I was going to make coleslaw but we had no cabbage so made it out of red onion and carrots with vegan mayo which I added Dijon mustard. It was very tasty 🙂
