I think thatโ€™s how you spell it ๐Ÿค”

I made a mushroom bourguignon tonight. It was mushrooms, leeks, one carrot, onion and lots of garlic in a red wine gravy. I served it with organic vegetables... carrots, swede and cauliflower. It was delicious and I baked the puff pastry separately and then popped it on top.

I really enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜‹

I've only just seen this - oh that looks amazing Ali, red wine gravy is always a winner.

Can I ask how you made the pastry? It looks to fluffy to be GF

Oh Debs I didnโ€™t make the pastry as itโ€™s puff pastry so we have jus-rol to thank for that. (I only ever make shortcrust). It was really delicious. Will have it more often as we loved it.

I just noticed Waitrose and sainsburys do jus roll gluten free but canโ€™t see it under Tescoโ€™s. ๐Ÿ™‚๐ŸŒฑ
