I made a mushroom bourguignon tonight. It was mushrooms, leeks, one carrot, onion and lots of garlic in a red wine gravy. I served it with organic vegetables... carrots, swede and cauliflower. It was delicious and I baked the puff pastry separately and then popped it on top.

Oh Debs I didn’t make the pastry as it’s puff pastry so we have jus-rol to thank for that. (I only ever make shortcrust). It was really delicious. Will have it more often as we loved it.
I just noticed Waitrose and sainsburys do jus roll gluten free but can’t see it under Tesco’s. 🙂🌱
