Vegetable pakoras

I made these for lunch with a salad πŸ₯—

They are very quick and tasty.

Chop up vegetables of your choice. I used onion, pepper, chilli, broccoli, spinach and sweet corn.

Put into a big bowl and sprinkle with gram flour and add water to make a thick paste. Adjust flour to water ratio as needed, the vegetables need a light coating but remember it’s about the vegetables not the batter. πŸ™‚

Now you can fry or put on an oiled baking sheet sheet and cook for about 25 mins.

Hey Ali, this all looks scrumptious to me as the pakora's look fantastic and what a gorgeous salad, so thanks for sharing this smashing recipe. 😊
