Hi well after last weeks bounty bites today I have made snickers bites. 6 dates, protein powder, sesame seeds and a small handful of almonds a dash of organic maple syrup and a couple of teaspoons of peanut butter. Covered with vegan chocolate. They are very nice and took 5 mins of me making it up as I went along..... I think that’s exhausted my sweet treats for now but good to know how quick and tasty they are to make and not actually too unhealthy. I have been fancying a vegan style snickers so that will get me past that craving when it pops it’s head again. All I have to do now is make sure I don’t eat them all!

Thank you Jerry, I will. They are rather nice. Just been for a walk to take my mind off the fact that they are sitting in the fridge calling me!
