Hi Sunshaz, although i cannot help re advice on your pending appeal i would like to ask how long it took for your appeal hearing date to come through. My appeal was acknowledged in June of this year and i am still awaiting an outcome or hearing. I am told when i contact the JCP that it can take as long as 12 months to get a date.Wishing you all the best for the hearing also i would be very grateful if you could update on any developments as i too have cerebral/ CNS Vasculitis.

Hi Boo Boo39 thankyou very much. My appeal went through in Dec 2011 and my appeal hearing only just coming up now. Yes it is a long process. Will keep you updated on outcome. Hope all goes well with your appeal also.
