If you are going to attend this important Conference please note that the Royal Marine Hotel rang today to say they can only hold rooms at the agreed discounted rate until Friday (14th). If anyone needs accommodation at the hotel, please book immediately quoting the VIA conference. There is a 24hour cancellation policy with the hotel. Any remaining rooms will become unavailable after Friday as another group is waiting on them.

Please ensure that this Conference is a success. It would be helpful if the organisers could know, as soon as possible, if you intend to be there.
