In itself, I would doubt it. Plenty of people work for years while immune-suppressed. It's the physical and mental symptoms that are important, not the therapy.
To be honest, I think ATOS would laugh at you!
What a pity ATOS don't look in the mirror. They're the biggest laughing stock there is after this government's attempts at welfare reform!
On a more serious note, I agree with Dblox. I'd emphasise how your disease and the drug regime and their effects affect your ability to work. Don't be frightened to stress how bad things are on a bad day rather than the opposite.
