Vasculitis UK needs your help please

FOR A CHANGE THE TRUST NEEDS YOUR HELP FOR THE LAUNCH OF THE ROUTE MAP AND FOR VASCULITIS AWARENESS MONTH.

Do you have a story to tell about your vasculitis? Maybe you have achieved something good, like running a marathon, climbing a mountain, or overcoming some adversity.

For the media launch of our Route Map we are to contact national and local and regional newspapers and we want to "piggy back" the launch on stories which will grab the attention of the Editor and of the reader. So these stories need to be something with which the reader can empathise, or feel sorry, or hope it never happens to them. We have Holly's story - overcoming fertility problems and becoming pregnant against the odds.

The idea then is to be able to say that the Trust has been really helpful and that if the Route Map had been available when you were going through your problems (or whatever) how much better this would have been for you and your family - that sort of thing.

So if you will be happy to have the media contact you please let me have a rough idea about your story, let me have your phone number and also the town/city where you live and the name(s) of your local newspaper(s). This is now urgent as the launch will be taking place on 13th May.

If you are selected then I will let you have a preview of the RouteMap. You can't be expected to sing its praises unless you've seen it.
